- To all the 4 year vets: I leave the best year Marching Chiefs
have seen since we've been here.
- To Dave Sheridan: I leave a long
friendship that started auspiciously but turned out great. From section leader
to field coordinator, you've done a great job at whatever you do and will
continue to do so no matter what you
do!
Good Luck.
- To Dan Oser: I leave you an experience very few
people have. No matter what happened you always smiled and you can say that you
got to conduct the Marching Chiefs, something very few people can say.
-
To the brothers of Kappa Kappa Psi: I leave you the best chapter in the nation.
Always remember why you are here, so that you continue to serve the bands at
Florida State. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve as your
president, and thank you to those of you that talked me into it! It has truly
been one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. Good luck to the next
officers.
- To Amy Eckert: I hope to never leave you, but I give you my
heart. Thank you for the best year I could ever imagine. I love you.
- To
Jon Lovoy: I leave you... well you're leaving me! But seriously you've been a
better friend than you will ever know. Thank you for your friendship, your
caring, and most of all your couch.
- To all returning Chiefs: I leave
you the best college marching band in the nation. It's not my band, and it's
notMr. Dunnigan's band. IT'S YOUR BAND. Chiefs will only be as good as you want
it to be. This year a lot ofpeople wanted Chiefs to be the best, and it was.
Next year YOU will be the people respnsible for this. Thank you to everyone who
has given me their constant support and honest criticism and advice throughout
the year. I'll never forget it. Thank you.
